Zarletti is a fine dining northern Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Executive chef and owner Brian C. Zarletti focuses on creating regional Italian cuisine inspired by lessons learned in his grandmother’s kitchen and on his extensive travels in Italy.

The Zarletti menu focuses on a variety of freshly prepared seafood, veal and homemade pasta, along with seasonal creations and daily house specialties. The hand-selected, primarily Italian wine list features 30 wines by the glass while focusing on small producers. The emphasis is on sharing a passion for wine with everyone at every price range. Glasses range from $6 to $12 with bottles ranging from $24 to $200.
